Training material on BaaN V/ERP LN Modules and Tools
Hi,
Just curious if anyone has training material showing screen shots of BaaN V/ERP LN modules.
Also, material on Tools i.e. screen shots showing sessions, creating new Maintain sessions, upating existing sessions, creating new reports etc.
Thanks

Download
Hi guilmor and gurubaan,
It is pretty simple. Just go to infor site and under documentation - Infor Baan - select release and just put asterisk in Infor Baan Number- You will get all documentation available for that release. Ofcourse the speed depends upon power of network.
Hope this helps.

Doesn't work :-(
As I said before... even with an asterisc it keeps on searching until it stops asking for a username and password.

Most of Baan documents are copyright protected. Only if you order, there is no free documents available. You may search some from this board wrote by somebody else.
Keep searching...

Documentation Location
There are three places to get documentation. Unfortunately the tools sessions are not available outside of training.
The system is delivered with two sets of documentation. One is in webhelp. If you use a browser and go to the webhelp server and look around, there is a section with PDF files on some of the subjects.
There is a second CD delivered with the system called the documentation portal. This cd autoruns Tomkat and has many of the Module Descriptions for different areas.
The Programming Manual is installed as a help file when you install the Dynamic Form Editor.
Not all of the documention mentioned so far can you always find on the website. Some of it is in the form of patches to be loaded into webhelp. Other individual PDF can be found on the documentaiton sites. Cookies need to be enabled not only for infor but SSA and Baan also.

Hi Guilmor,
that was exactly also my problem in the past with the documentation search.
Since I use the great firefox browser instead of the standard MS explorer it works for me
