Question Oracle upgrade from 7.3.4 to 9.2.0

Hi

We are planning to upgrade your oracle 7.3.4 database
to oracle 9.2.0 (64 bit).
Your system is as follows:
OS: Solaris 8 - 64 bit
Baan: BaaNIVc4
Porting set:6.1c.07.01
Hardware: Sun E10K, 16*400meg processors, 10 Gig memory
Concurrent users: 227

1) Is it possible to supply me with example/production initSID.ora
and db_resource files?
2) Are there any tips or tricks that will help me with this
migration? We are planning to use the oracle mig utility.
3) Are there performance problems running BaanIVc4 on Oracle9,
and if so how does one overcome them.
4) Even though I have install oracle 9 and Porting set 6.1c.07.01
when I run ora8_srv6.1 -v I get DBMS ver. : 8.1.7.2.0. The
Version file in $BSE/lib/ora/oracle_home also point to Oracle
version 8.1.7.2.0 is this correct?
5) Are there production sites that have doen this migration
and are running live?

Thank you

Patrick
