Order Management Business Analysis Consultant with BAAN & JDE for global distribution analysis in South Florida.
We are seeking a contract professional to work in a fortune 500 company and fully understands the theories behind global distribution and Logistics functions within a large international corporation.
The company is working on a new business model that will have several key global distribution centers and several satellite centers. Multiple companies under the parent will distribute products from the centers and will need to ship anywhere in the world as supply and demand dictate.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in the areas of process development, business requirements and definitions, specs gathers and implementation/support functions with order management and distribution functions. Customer Service background is highly preferred.
Business Process Development, Implementation, and support:
-Determine new process requirements and map to system functionality.
- Gap and Scenario Analysis
-Evaluate and recommend solutions
-Document System Functionality as related to processes.
-Conduct Key User sessions to obtain validation of processes.
-Work with Application Development and Web Development teams to provide an integrated solution.
-Provide day-to-day support to the end users
-Project Management -Identify key communication points during the project and work with the SCM Manager to report progress.
-Prepare/compile End-User training materials
-Conduct End-User Training
The following are skills expected to be brought to the table:
-Business Application process development and Implementation
-Knowledge of world class distribution and logistics processes
This is a contract to hire opportunity in the South Florida area. The ability to be successful grows significantly if you have prior experience with BAAN technology.
Order Management, BAAN/ERP Distribution/logistics, JDE, Crystal reports, Testing Functional specs EDI Logistics Supply Chain Planning, Interfaces to ERP and manufacturing, Baan IV experience preferred. General Database Concepts.
