Migrating Licensing from Unix to Windows

DB: Oracle 11gR1

OS: Other/Unknown

Hello All,
We are on Baan tools B40b and recently we virtualized our Baan servers. But our licensing is still on Unix physical server.

We want to decommission the Unix server and move to Windows server as physical license server. We got a new server with Win2003 ready and got the porting set 6.1c.10 installed, but found that it is missing the brand6.1 and other related files.

How do i get this brand6.1 file so that i can get the license key for the new windows server?
Please let me know
