Conceptual differences between Baan and SAP

Dear Members,

I would like to know the major conceptual differences between baan IV and SAP ERP's. Please note that I do not necessarily want merits or demerits of one over the other, but just conceptual differences (One example is location control at company level in Baan and warehouse level in SAP)

Can anyone help me with this information.

Thanks in advance,

Vinay
