Project went live on time within 3 months for South Africa and 6 months for France. France was far more intricate as we had Baan 1V and Baan V together as one system. This involved a far more complex structure which I identified and did the specs for.
I project managed as well as implemented the South African implementation.
I was asked by the senior management to remain on site for a further period of a few months to analyse results and correct logistical set-ups.

Negotiation is still in the pipeline as I have not decided on my next course of action.

She has aided the IT team in the development and testing of this interface, as well as assisted the Key Users in the set-up of the Integration. The Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Production made up the integration transactions that were set-up.

Whilst at Fourtell, Trish worked on a number of projects as detailed below:
Project:
The implementation and subsequent modification and enhancement of the Fourgen Enterprise Release Financials and Order fulfilment products for Aventura Resorts. The Enterprise product is a new, very powerful suite of Software which is aimed at the top end market place against Oracle Financials, BPCS and SAP R3.
As a senior member of a team of 8, it was Trishs responsibility to understand the complexities of the software for detailed pre-sales and JAD sessions with the client and specify business changes required by the client. Due to Trishs mainly unsupervised efforts, Aventura purchased the software and consultancy services from Fourtell.
During the implementation phase, Trish was responsible for all business analysis which included closing an accountability hole that she discovered in the incoming goods department. In addition to her business analysis responsibilities, Trish was also involved in the quality control of all developed software and reporting project progress to the client.
Project:
The comprehensive end user training of STC staff in the use of the Fourgen Business Release Financial software:- General Ledger/Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Inventory Control and Order Entry. In addition, the Business Analysis and Documentation of a client specified Cash Book.
Project:
End User training of Cape Display staff on Financials applications. Aside from her responsibilities already mentioned, Trishs aloinvolved in the pre-sales Business Analysis for potential clients and conducting secondary life cycle analysis for existing clients.

She identified these changes in direct liaison with the client, and worked with the inhouse development team at QMCS, to ensure that the changes complied with the clients requests.
On completion of the installation phase, Trish was then responsible for all the training needs of the client which included both on the job and formal classroom training.
Trish was one of a team of three financial consultants who all shared roles in the implementation phase of Triton versions 1, 2 and 3 , incoroprating the setting up of integration and the report writer functionality.
